• I wish to place the following bid(s) with Estates Unlimited, Inc. to be executed during the above referenced auction. I understand that Estates Unlimited, inc. will execute my absentee bid(s) with care, but will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to execute bids. I also understand that my absentee bid(s) are subject to all parts of the Conditions of Sale which appears on the bidders paddle and/or the auction catalogue (if applicable). By placing this absentee bid, I accept these Conditions.
• I further understand I am responsible for: The purchase price, 15% buyer's premium and 7% Rhode Island State Sales Tax for all items purchased unless exempt in Rhode Island or a shipping document is provided showing an out- of- state destination.
• I understand that I am responsible for packing and shipping costs of my purchases. Estates Unlimited, Inc., if requested, will coordinate the shipping of purchases per buyers instructions as soon as full payment has been received. Local buyers must make arrangements to have their purchases removed no later than three days following the sale. Out-of-state buyers should anticipate a two to three week allowance for delivery unless other arrangements are made.
• Estates Unlimited, Inc. will always attempt to purchase designated lots for the lowest possible amount in competition with other bidders. In the event of a tie bid of the same amount between two or more absentee bids, the bid form received first will be given preference.
• Thank you for your absentee bids. We appreciate your business. 15% buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid
